Those who decry Rand Paul for his endorsement of Mitt Romney suppose that Rand caved in to Mitt. It was far more likely the other way around.
The voting records of Ron Paul and his son Rand reflect solid commitments to anti-authoritarianism, fiscal integrity and the Constitution. They voted No to raising the debt ceiling and giving Obama more trillions in borrowed money to squander. They voted No on the NDAA, which enables the military to assume local and state police functions. Similar laws were rubber stamped in Hitler’s Germany in 1933.
