I’m sorry my respect for you had to come down a notch. ["None of the above in 2012?"] The country will not end even after the next term of Obama’s. But we will certainly entrench the GOP leadership that brought us Dole/McCain/Romney if we keep voting in fear and not on principle.
It’s time we made a few changes in our fair country that would help get thing back on track again.
Number 1, no one should have the right to vote if he or she is not a taxpayer, and by that I mean if they do not pay income taxes. Those people are not contributors, so they don’t have a say in choosing a representative, a president or voting on any issues.

I disagree with you on the “right to bear arms.”
I am not a lawyer, but the Second Amendment states:
“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
It clearly and unequivocally states that: “a well regulated militia” is “necessary to the security of a free state.”
