Perhaps you've heard about the new movement.
It's called the Coffee Party.
The big media jumped all over this new movement just as surely as they ignored the million-person 9-12 rally and every other tea-party event – even though this one's biggest claim to fame is having 9,000 Facebook fans!
But it was bound to happen.
The tea-party movement is the biggest grass-roots political development of my lifetime. And it's still in its infancy.
It's hardly surprising so-called "progressives," who hold all the levers of power in the establishment press, elite political circles, the glamorous entertainment industry, the high-brow institutions of miseducation, etc., would feel the need to counter the greatest challenge to their monopoly on power in 50 years.
But I don't think we need to choose between coffee and tea. Personally, I like them both.
What I don't like is America's abandonment of the Constitution and the rule of law.
What I don't like is the way big government and its cheerleaders promote their phony goal of "consensus" through coercion, indoctrination and lies.
What I don't like is the use of demeaning language and ridicule of Americans actively engaging in civic life with an eye toward restoring virtue and justice and liberty in their country.
And I think I speak for the vast majority of tea partiers when I say these things.
It's not coffee or tea – it's "don't tread on me!"
That's why the latest release from WND Books, an engaging, beautiful title based on hundreds of photographs of the tea party in action, is called "Don't Tread on US!"
That's what it's all about – liberty.
You have to see this one to fully appreciate it.
If we weren't having the coffee-tea debate, I'd say it is a gorgeous "coffee table book." But that might be politically incorrect. Maybe, more accurately, it's a "tea table book."
Whatever you want to call it, it is a historic testimonial to the true spirit of the tea-party movement – without the filters of the media that resents this movement so.
And if you want to dispute that, you better think twice: It comes recommended and with a foreword by none other than Chuck Norris.
I'm really excited about this book.
Officially, it's not even released yet. It won't hit major bookstores until early April – just in time for the next big march on Washington on tax day, April 15.
But you can get it right now from the people who produced it at the WND Superstore.
My hope is that "Don't Tread on US!" inspires you to become an active part of this revolutionary movement if you are not already. My hope is that "Don't Tread on US!" emboldens and encourages those who already are. My hope is that "Don't Tread on US!" serves as a living memorial for what this movement is really all about – people power, the rule of law, decency, truth, accountability and, of course, freedom.
Make a statement to your children, your family members and friends by displaying this book prominently – whether it's on your coffee table or your tea table.
It's time to become part of history.
It's time to join the revolution.
It's time for "Don't Tread on US!"
