Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Materials Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLB), which shed 3,350,000 shares, or a 4.6% decrease week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Green Energy Index Fund (QCLN), which lost 850,000 of its shares, for a whopping 37.0% decline in outstanding shares.
