(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LAN) announces that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to change the Company's name from "Landen Capital Corp." to "Sama Resources Inc.". As a result, the Company will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange effective June 22, 2010 under its new name "Sama Resources Inc." and the new trading symbol "SME".
