LONDON -(Dow Jones)- HICL Infrastructure Company Ltd (HICL.LN), the listed infrastructure investment company, announced Wednesday that the Group has acquired an interest in the South Ayrshire Schools PPP Project from subsidiaries of Carillion PLC, Lloyds Banking Group PLC and Cyril Sweett Group PLC for a total consideration of GBP15.75 million.
