Are Junior Resource Stocks Really Undervalued?
A quick look at the chart below of the TSX Venture Index would indicate they are: As you can see, the TSX Venture Index is down more nearly 40% from its 2007 highs set when gold first passed $1000 an ounce. More currently, the Index has been in steady decline since March. It has lost more than 20% of its value from peak to trough. In fact, it has been one of the worst performing markets in the world.
