(NASDAQ:MWIV) recently received early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act for the pending acquisition of Micro Beef Technologies, Ltd. The termination was granted by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
