The new Board members are:

Greg Smith, Chairman of the Board
Howard Crosby, CEO/Director
John Ryan, CFO/Director

Rounding out the new team are current Shoshone Board members,
Don Rolfe and Roger Van Voorhees.

Greg Smith, Howard Crosby, and John Ryan bring with them a substantial influx of new capital to enable Shoshone to move its gold and silver mining projects forward as quickly as possible.
