Banking groups, which have been rallying hard since notching multiyear lows in October, quietly advanced another notch Wednesday as the market wrestled through a tough session. Stocks atop the gains included PNC Financial (PNC) and BB&T (BBT) in the Super-Regional Banks group, which each gained 2%. In the Southwest and Midwest groups, very thin and low-priced stocks like Oak Valley Bancorp (OVLY) and Ohio Legacy (OLCB) led the advance. IBD 50
