As Founder and Managing Director of Evolve Consulting, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Anthony has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Established in early 2010, Evolve Consulting is an executive search firm which focuses on working with a few select clients with an aim towards serving the evolving needs of the Greater China region and Hong Kong. The firm specializes in the areas of luxury, retail, industrial, and information technology. Mr. Tsang, who has over 20 years of industry experience, is responsible for handling all client development and management, with a personal focus on the luxury and retail sector.

During his collegiate career, Anthony earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. Prior to Evolve Consulting, he held numerous managerial positions, including Managing Director of Hong Kong and China with Amrop Hever and as a Market Leader in Hong Kong and Business Development Manager of Greater China with Korn/Ferry Futurestep.  Before joining the executive search industry, Anthony held various brand management positions within Jardine Pacific, Mars Incorporated and the Swatch Group.
