Jaurene serves as a Psychotherapist at the Excelsior Youth Center, which is a residential treatment program established in 1973, that serves girls between the ages of 11-18 with emotional and behavior difficulties. The facility is committed to the treatment and education of these young women and striving to enhance their successful reintegration into their families and their communities. Jaurene, who earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from Argosy University and has over 14 years of experience in the field, acts as a treatment coordinator in family and individual therapy.
