Pfizer (PFE) is close to unloading its infant nutrition unit to Nestle (NSRGY) in a deal that could be worth more than $9 billion, sources told the Wall Street Journal. Pfizer (PFE) is close to unloading its infant nutrition unit to Nestle (NSRGY) in a deal that could be worth more than $9 billion, sources told the Wall Street Journal. The announcement could come as soon as next week.

If Nestle closes the deal, it will have beaten out Mead Johnson Nutrition (MJN) and Group Danone (DANOY), which were also reportedly bidding for the unit.
