The Energy Report: Oil prices have been bouncing around quite a bit. Where do you see them headed over the next year?

Ray Kwan: As a firm, we’re actually pretty constructive on the oil complex. There are three main reasons behind that. First, global refineries are exiting a large maintenance season.
