October 25, 2012, Phoenix, Ariz.—Ewing Irrigation announces the appointment of Curtis Bruton as golf sales representative for Texas, providing greater service and support to local golf course superintendents, specifiers and contractors.

Bruton, a specialist in golf irrigation, began his Green Industry career in 1992. As a territory manager at HARCO Fittings, he supported customers across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He also worked at High Tech Irrigation, a Rain Bird Golf distributor in Southern California.

Bruton is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA). He is also an active member of GCSAA’s North Texas, Central Texas, West Texas and Lone Star chapters.

Based out of Ewing’s Plano branch at 1309 Capital Ave., in Plano, Tex., Bruton’s territory includes all 33 Ewing branches in the state.
