CVB Financial Corp. Announces 93rd Consecutive Cash Dividend

CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CVBF) announced an eight and one-half cent ($0.085) per share cash dividend with respect to the fourth quarter of 2012. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on November 20, 2012, and will be payable in lieu of (and not in addition to) the dividend for the fourth quarter of 2012 that would ordinarily and otherwise be paid in January, 2013. The dividend will be payable on or about December 19, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 5, 2012.
