He'll standardize the department around a methodology that leverages industry best practices at the same time it ensures that each project's success is measured by how well it meets the client's specific business needs and sets the stage for the delivery of long-term value. The disciplined, team-based approach favored by Humphrey that's another hallmark of these engagements will be key to the company's ability to scale its capacity for successfully deploying companies with even the most complex sales and contract processes.
Humphrey brings more than 25 years of proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software systems, having served as Senior Vice President of Services at Accruent and Vice President of Operations -- APAC at Ventyx. He also played an integral role in national and international business operations at SmartGrid and served as Vice President of Professional Services at Global Energy Decisions.
