EQT to Sell Natural Gas Biz – Analyst Blog
EQT Corporation has agreed to sell its natural gas distribution business, Equitable Gas Company, LLC, to Peoples Natural Gas for about $720 million in cash and EQT Corp will acquire certain midstream assets.
