Minneapolis, MN (RestaurantNews.com) The Dairy Queen® system will sweeten Valentine’s Day and the entire month of February with the return of Choco Covered Strawberry as the featured Blizzard® Treat of the Month and with custom-decorated heart shaped cakes.
An indulgent combination of sweet strawberries blended with rich chocolate chunks and creamy DQ® vanilla soft serve, the Choco Covered Strawberry Blizzard Treat is available at all Dairy Queen and DQ Grill & Chill® restaurants nationwide beginning Feb. 1. Dairy Queen fans can enjoy Choco Covered Strawberry Blizzard Treats in four sizes including the popular Mini.
In addition, the Dairy Queen system will serve unique heart-shaped cakes during the most romantic month of the year. Many Blizzard Treat flavors, including Choco Covered Strawberry, easily can be made into DQ® Cakes which are perfect for celebrating holidays and special events including Valentine’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries and more.

In addition to signature treats, DQ Grill & Chill restaurants and other DQ locations that offer food also feature menu items such as the quarter- and half-pound GrillBurgerTM made to order, as well as other delicious and unique food items, including deli-style Iron Grilled Sandwiches. Other menu offerings may include Grilled or Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and Salads; Chicken Strip Baskets; Shrimp Baskets; Quesadillas and Chili Cheese Dogs.
