Stock futures tacked sharply higher Friday, apparently focused on earnings reports and unswayed by a disappointing read on January employment. Dow futures were up 89 points and gaining. S&P 500 futures were ahead a strong eight points, and Nasdaq 100 futures rumbled up 16.75 points.
