If there was any doubt what Sony was talking about with its mysterious “see the future” teaser last night, it’s now looking much more likely that the Japanese electronics company will indeed by unveiling the next iteration in the Playstation series on February 20th. Sources for Edge, Polygon and Wall Street Journal have all said that that is what they expect to happen. So what can we expect? Rumors have been swirling around for months, some more legitimate than others. We can be fairly certain that the new system will represent a step-up in graphical and processing horsepower, likely with an AMD CPU that would be slightly easier to work with than the PS3’s boutique hardware. So when Elder Scrolls 6 comes out, Playstation owners may not have to wait an entire year to get their DLC.
