Peter Sellars, renowned theater, opera and festival director as well as a UCLA professor of world arts and cultures, will give a talk, "The Arts Imagine the Next America," Tuesday, Feb. 5, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the EDA Room of the Broad Art Center. Sellars was recently "nominated" by the Los Angeles Times music critic Mark Swed to be the first U.S. secretary of culture. The lecture is free and open to the public. See this website.
