UPDATE 2-Mexican brewer Modelo posts lower 4th-qtr profit
MEXICO CITY, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Mexican brewer Grupo Modelo , which is seeking to sell itself to beer company Anheuser-Busch InBev, on Monday said its fourth-quarter profit fell 2 percent despite an increase in revenue as it paid more in taxes in the October-to-December period.
