How Warren Buffett's New Managers Returned More Than 26% in 2012
The year 2012 proved that Warren Buffett is as good at picking people as stocks. On the “good news” list of his 2013 annual letter was the performance of his two new managers, Todd Combs and Ted Weschler. Both of the managers outperformed the S&P 500 by double-digit margins, he said – meaning with the S&P’s 16% return in 2012, the managers each returned at least 26%, beating their boss as well.
Nasdaq quotes delayed at least 15 minutes, all others at least 20 minutes.
