Small Caps Keep Shining As Politicians Agree To Disagree Over Budget
Most major indexes ended with tiny gains in lower volume Wednesday. A batch of good news on retail sales and business inventories and the glaring rift between President Obama and House Republicans during a meeting over the federal budget failed to excite traders.
