A Key Primecap Manager Cuts Back But Vanguard Still Bullish
Mitch Milias, one of the fund industry's biggest names with the lowest of profiles, is stepping down from active fund management. At the end of the year, Milias, a co-founder of Primecap Management Co., is giving up his portfolio management duties on two successful funds and a variable insurance portfolio his shop subadvises for Vanguard.
