COMING SUNDAY Inside the Federal Reserve Geoff Metcalf interviews veteran reporter Anne Williamson Posted: March 07, 2001 1:00 am Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily.com
"It's the ultimate scam. This was a brilliant, brilliant swindle," says Anne Williamson of America's central banking system, the Federal Reserve. Yet Williamson is not a conspiracy theorist or fanatic. Rather, she is a veteran journalist who has written for the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. This Sunday, read talk show host Geoff Metcalf's interview with Williamson on the Federal Reserve System, which previews her upcoming, major expos? of the Fed in WorldNet Magazine, WND's popular monthly print publication. That ground-breaking article, entitled "The Fed: How your money – and life – are controlled by America's banking system," will explain the largely suppressed truth of how the Federal Reserve was formed, what role it really plays in America's and the world's economies, how the Fed manipulates elections and markets, who is behind the private banking system, and much more. Having testified before Congress, Williamson brings years of expertise to the subject, and talked to Geoff Metcalf about the upcoming WorldNet cover story. In Sunday's interview, Williamson explains her belief that the Federal Reserve System is, in a word, fraudulent. "In the [WorldNet] article, I try to walk the reader through the most basic elements of money and banking and then finance and currency in the beginning. But the real point that I hope the readers will take with them is an understanding that this institution has cheated all of us out of our citizenship." Williamson is not confident that current members of Congress will attempt to change the system -- save one. "The citizens' best bet is Rep. Ron Paul, who understands this issue top to bottom and always crosses swords with Mr. Greenspan in his annual testimonies," she says. "He is a brilliant gentleman and a great defender, and really, American citizens would not be able to own gold today were it not for Ron Paul." Williamson explains how the Fed has survived since its inception. "There have been other paper-money schemes throughout history, and most all of them have collapsed. But because the United States was a young, dynamic country, we were able to fund this off the prosperity and wealth that our ancestors created in the 19th century. Then, when we became a world power, we were able to keep this game going by exporting the inflation." Read Williamson's entire interview in WorldNetDaily this Sunday, and in the meantime, subscribe to WorldNet and receive Williamson's startling expos? of the Federal Reserve System in the March edition.
