One day after controversy erupted over a "Muslims-only" day planned for a New Jersey Six Flags theme park this week, a Texas Six Flags amusement park is coming under fire for its planned "Gay Day."

Organizers of ProtestGayDay.com say they're following their yearly tradition of protesting the unofficial "Gay Day" at the theme park this Saturday.

Like they did last year, pro-family Texans will gather at the entrance of the park with signs to let patrons know that thousands of homosexuals will descend on Six Flags that day.

Organizer Rick Warden says families that might not know about the homosexuals' plans could unknowingly come to the park Saturday and "realize that they are waiting in line for one hour at a time with flamboyant homosexuals embracing one another and kissing."

According to Warden's site, "Gay Day" is promoted in Texas homosexual publications. Though Six Flags says it is not a sanctioned event, Warden believes the park management still should take action to stop it.

"Six Flags Over Texas is willingly allowing families and children to be exposed to homosexual activities without giving them any warning," he says. According to Warden, during last year's protest, 400 cars turned around and refused to go into Six Flags after learning about "Gay Day."

The protest is planned for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
