Jackie Mason

Legendary stand-up comic Jackie Mason today joins WorldNetDaily's commentary lineup as a columnist.

Mason will write his commentary offerings with attorney and author Raoul Felder.

Widely regarded as one of the greatest stand-up comics of all time, as an actor, Mason has performed in several movies, TV and Broadway shows and has won numerous Tony and Emmy awards. As a comedian, he has been called "extraordinary" and "brilliant," and he is well-known in the entertainment industry as the standard to whom all others are compared.

One of Mason's early accomplishments was becoming a regular performer on the nation's pre-eminent television variety program at the time, "The Ed Sullivan Show." His stand-up routine combines pungent political satire, insightful observations on the foibles of modern life and impeccable timing.

In 1991, during the first Gulf War, Mason closed his show on Broadway and traveled to Israel in a show of solidarity that was later honored by now former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Mason hosts a syndicated radio program on Talk Radio Network. "The Jackie Mason Show" airs Sundays from 7 to 9 p.m. Eastern.

Attorney Raoul Felder is Mason's writing partner. Felder is an award-winning attorney and author of several books, including "Bare Knuckle Negotiation" and "Survival Guide to New York." His latest work, "Schmucks," is due out in April.

Read Mason and Felder's first column for WorldNetDaily, "Anna Nicole, R.I.P."
