The man who delayed President Obama's Thanksgiving dinner for three hours after jumping the White House fence will face criminal charges, Secret Service officials said Friday.
Joseph Caputo triggered a massive lockdown of the White House on Thursday about 2:45 p.m. when he scaled and breached the spiked iron rod fence, wearing an American flag about his shoulders and carrying something the looked like a binder. Fox News reported the ensuing security sweep put the presidential family's dinner on hold by about three hours.

Secret Service officials said Caputo, who was captured moments after jumping the fence, will face criminal charges.
Vanessa Pena caught the jumper on her camera, and tweeted the photo along with this message: "This guy standing right next to me jumped the White House fence @washingtpost get on this."
This is the third known time the White House has faced such a security breach this year. A woman was arrested in July for hopping the fence, and another in April, Reuters reported.
