Never again? Think again

By WND Staff

It’s a voice from out of 1942 Nazi Germany.

However, it’s a Russian general, Albert Makashov, now leading the
wave of
anti-Semitism sweeping the world.

The evil spirit of Adolph Hitler is alive and flourishing today.

“Life in our country is getting worse and worse. Never has it been
this bad
in Russia, even under the Mongol yoke. Who is to blame? The executive
branch, the bankers, and the mass media are to blame. Usury, deceit,
corruption, and thievery are flourishing in the country. That is why I
call
the reformers yids.

“Who are these Jews?

“In English they are called Jews, in French — Juif, and in Yiddish

Yid.”

Born the son of Mikhail Ivanovich Makashev, the name Albert was given
to
him by the mistress, Natalya Vasilyevna, when she was reading the George

Sand novel “Consuelo” in 1938.

“It is a good thing that during that time of friendship with Germany
they
did not call me Adolph,” Makashov wrote in an article, “Usurers of
Russia.”

Christened Dmitriy by old-rite Christian women in Krasnyy Log in
honor of
St. Dmitriy Donskoy, this “son of a cook” was reared and educated by the

Soviet regime and graduated from the Academy imeni Frunze and the
General Staff Academy with gold medals. He worked his way up from
platoon commander (commander of a remote intelligence group) to
commander of two military districts to become a general and later a
Communist Party deputy in the Russian Duma — Parliament.

Throughout October 1998 Makashov made a series of statements calling
for
the extermination of all Jews in Russia and blaming them for the
country’s
economic problems.

In 1993, Makashov played a major role in street violence, urging
crowds of
his supporters to seek out and beat Jews, reported JTA. His own
Communist
Party seemingly condoned his recent actions with 83 of the party members

voting against censure. Leader Gennady Zyuganov and 44 others didn’t
even
vote at all.

Trying to be diplomatic, Zyuganov fumbled with the issue and was
quoted as
saying, “The essence and spirit of our party lies in friendship and
respect
for each individual, irrespective of nationality. Even Makashov will
obey
the party’s demands. But, on the other hand, there is not a single
audience
today — I emphasize, not a single one — that does not ask questions
about
the subject of Jews.”

Then in a chilling voice, Makasov stated: “I am a Russian general.
When I
see what the cosmopolitans are doing with my Motherland — Russia (the
Soviet Union) — it makes my blood boil! The little devils ‘got me’ with

their threats in connection with the events of October 1993. I said that

even after I died I would take at least a dozen yids with me to the
great
beyond. An eye for an eye!”

Then he emphasized that “Yid is not a nationality, yid is a
profession.
Balzac’s Gobsek is a Juif, the Gogolian skinflint Plyuskin is a yid.
These
images have become a permanent part of world literature. Whoever reads
Pushkin, Dostoyev, Gogol, or Shevchenko knows no other word to designate

the ravager, the bloodsucker feeding on the misfortunes of other people.

They drink the blood of the indigenous peoples of the state; they are
destroying industry and agriculture.

“They are destroying the Russian army and navy and its strategic
nuclear
forces. They accept the population’s money to be kept in the banks and
then
give it away, leaving nothing for funerals, for rent, for old age.
Having
taken over television, radio, and the press, they do not give a damn
about
the history and culture of the country that nurtured them, saved them
from
the furnaces and fascism, and took responsibility for educating them.

“They grabbed whatever they could, and today they own 60 per cent of
Russia’s capital. The concepts ‘Zionist’ and ‘yid’ are inseparable. The
intelligentsia says ‘Zionist’ but the people use Pushkin’s word: ‘yid.’
The
concepts of Zionism and fascism are inseparable, and when they scare
people with Russian fascism, it is the same as when a thief shouts:
‘Stop that
thief!'”

Can’t you almost hear the goose-stepping boots pounding on the
pavement and the evil cry: Seig Heil?

Although the world may consider Makashov a lunatic, just remember
that in
Russia and throughout the former Soviet Union, authority figures such as

those in the Duma are obeyed without question.

Violence against Jews throughout the world has been increasing with
synagogues being burned and the murder of “God’s Chosen People.”

With Russia now in chaos, similar to Germany in the late ’30s and
’40s,
another leader in the mold of Adolph Hitler has now risen on the scene.
His
name is General Albert Makashov.
