WorldNetDaily, voted the most popular website on the Internet for 30
weeks in the last year, has begun full news coverage seven days a week.
In the first two and a half years of operations, WND offered coverage
Monday through Friday. Beginning Jan. 1, the Internet newspaper began
offering a complete new edition on Saturday and Sunday.
In addition, WND has begun offering a new commentary section for the
weekend every Saturday.
"This is a logical progression for us," said Editor and Chief
Executive Officer Joseph Farah. "We didn't do it until we were ready to
do it right -- until we had the reporting and editing staffs to handle
the increased responsibility. Now we have it. And this step is just the
beginning of a plan to make WorldNetDaily the versatile full-service
Internet newspaper and news resource the public wants."
Three heavyweight, exclusive WND columns move to Saturday to help
introduce readers to expanded weekend news and opinion coverage, said
Farah. Weekly columns by /news/archives.asp?ARCHIVE_ID=31Jerry Falwell,
/news/archives.asp?ARCHIVE_ID=34Alan Keyes
and Larry Klayman
now run every Saturday. In addition, an exclusive Internet column by WND
Chief Technical Officer Bob Evans
switches to Saturday.
"I welcome feedback from our readers about this latest development,"
said Farah. "Let us know if we're living up to your expectations for
us."
