"David Goodnow epitomizes quality and credible journalism, the
hallmarks of our new radio division, WorldNetDaily Radio News," said
Farah. "David's reputation for integrity and hard-hitting investigative
reporting makes him ideal for the crucial position of managing editor.
We are proud and pleased to announce that he has accepted this
appointment."
Goodnow helped break some of the major stories of the '80s and '90s
as a live CNN anchor. He was the first U.S. broadcast reporter to
announce the death of Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev and anchored live
coverage of Desert Storm with on-scene correspondents.

A member of the Society of Professional Journalists, Goodnow began
his broadcast career as a reporter and on-air personality in Midwest
radio markets and signed on the first non-governmentally funded
educational TV station in Indiana, WVUT, in 1968. He is a military
historian and former pilot who speaks on topics including ethics in
journalism.
Farah, Goodnow and Talk Radio Network executives are planning to ramp
up to a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week service some time in the year
2000. No launch date for this service has been announced. The
WorldNetDaily Radio News division will be headquartered in Atlanta.
"WorldNetDaily is going to be much more than a very successful and
popular website," said Farah. "In addition to the radio news operation,
we already publish a monthly magazine,
and we have plans for much more diversification and expansion in the
months ahead."
WorldNetDaily.com is the fastest-growing independent Internet news
service in the world. It has been voted the most popular website in the
world for 30 weeks in the last year and consistently ranks, according to
PC Data Online, among the "stickiest" news sites -- meaning users spend
more time on WorldNetDaily.com than almost any other news source.
