In a dramatic upsurge, WorldNetDaily experienced greater growth in
the month of February than almost any other online news source,
according to a leading Internet research firm.
According to PCDataOnline,
WorldNetDaily.com had a spectacular 59.5 percent increase in page views
in February over the previous month, as well as a 35 percent increase
over January in "unique visitors" -- the number of different people who
visit a website during the survey period. Regardless of how many times a
visitor logs onto a site, he is counted only one time as a "unique
visitor."

Some highlights from the February statistics:
- WND jumped from 180,000 "unique visitors" in January to
243,000 in February -- a 35 percent increase. - Page views skyrocketed from 6,210,000 in January to 9,902,000 in
February -- an extraordinary 59.5 percent increase. With 9,902,000 page
views, WND now ranks 17th among all news sites in page views -- behind
MSNBC (#1), CNN (#3) and Drudge (#9), and ahead of FoxNews (#21), Los
Angeles Times (#25) and the Associated Press (#37). - In the all-important category of "stickiness" -- a measure of how
much time readers spend on a website -- WorldNetDaily ranked ninth in
the "News Sites" category -- behind MSNBC, but ahead of CNN and Fox.
"Stickiness" is considered an index of reader loyalty, and WorldNetDaily
has consistently ranked very high in this area. - Overall, encompassing all websites of all types on the World Wide
Web, WND jumped from number 3,821 (based on the number of unique
visitors) in January to number 2,742 in February -- a rank advancement
of 1,079, or 28.24 percent. - With the single exception of the New York Post, WorldNetDaily was
ranked by PCDataOnline as having experienced greater growth in almost
every meaningful category than any other online news site.

source of hard numbers.
