Angel Shamaya, founder and director of

KeepAndBearArms.com,
will be featured on Geoff Metcalf’s daily Internet talk show today.

A former radio news director turned activist, Shamaya’s organization provides information and “activism leadership” through its website, while its free daily e-mail report offers original editorials, news items and links specifically geared toward increasing public awareness of the plight of America’s beleaguered gun owners. The organization has spun off several sub-groups, including doctors’, senior citizens’ and law enforcement groups.

Shamaya is also the co-founder of the

Project Exile Condemnation
Coalition,
consisting of gun-rights activists and leaders who take exception to the National Rifle Association’s

“Project Exile.”

Metcalf, a WND staff columnist and talk host, launched the Internet’s first daily, general-interest, national talk show July 3, after having hosted a daily talk show on San Francisco’s KSFO for five years. Metcalf is the first major-market host to launch a daily program whose primary carrier and syndicator is an Internet company — WorldNetDaily.com, Inc.

Metcalf’s program can be heard daily on WorldNetDaily’s streaming page — TalkNetDaily — as well as on broadcast partner KTKZ 1380 AM in Sacramento, which will broadcast two hours of the program live every day to listeners in Northern California. WND carries three hours live daily from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific time (7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern). In addition, the program can be heard weekends on KSFO in San Francisco.

WebRadio, the third partner in WorldNetDaily’s new streaming venture, brings to the table innovative technology requiring no downloads for Internet users already equipped with sound and video cards.
