Farah's upcoming TV appearances

Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WorldNetDaily,
will appear live on Fox News Network and CBN Friday to discuss the
Middle East crisis.

Farah's recent column,

"Myths of the Middle East," set off a firestorm of controversy in the region and throughout the world. In addition to serving as editor and top executive of the Internet newssite, Farah is a daily columnist and Arab-American. He charges that most of the assumptions of Middle East peace negotiators are wrong and that stability in the region will never be achieved through Israeli land concessions.

The Fox appearance is scheduled for 2:35 p.m. Eastern time and the CBN appearance is set for 9 a.m. during the news portion of the "700 Club." The "700 Club" is rebroadcast at 10 a.m. Eastern on the Fox Family Channel and again at 11 p.m. EST on the Fox Family Channel.

Farah has written for such publications as the Wall Street Journal, National Review, TV Guide, Reason, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, San Francisco Chronicle and a host of other national and regional publications. He is the co-author, with U.S. Rep. Richard Pombo, of

"This Land is Our Land" (1996), and in 1994 he collaborated with Rush Limbaugh on the best-selling "See, I Told You So."

NBC television, New World Entertainment and other media giants have sought his expertise as a media consultant.

Farah made a name for himself with traditional daily newspapers prior to his founding of WorldNetDaily -- running the Sacramento Union, directing the news operation of the Los Angeles Herald Examiner for nine years and serving as editor-in-chief of a group of California dailies and weeklies.

His role as founder of the Western Journalism Center won him the Washington Times Foundation's National Service Award in 1996. Two years earlier, in 1994, he was honored by the American-Swiss Foundation as one of 20 "Young Leaders" who traveled to Europe for discussions with their distinguished counterparts abroad. Farah's many journalism awards include honors for reporting to writing headlines to honesty in journalism to editing and newspaper design.
