Tax hunger striker on Metcalf

By WND Staff

Bob Schulz, founder and chairman of We the People for Constitutional Education and the man who fasted for nearly three weeks this month in an attempt to secure a meeting with government officials on the legality of the income tax, will be a guest on Geoff Metcalf’s online radio talk show today.

As reported extensively in WorldNetDaily, Schulz staged his hunger strike to draw attention to the arguments of the “tax honesty movement” that most Americans are not legally required to pay income taxes. He declared victory on July 20 when an agreement was reached between Rep. Roscoe G. Bartlett, R-Md., and Assistant Attorney General Dan Bryant to hold an open hearing in September to discuss the issue.

Metcalf will ask Schulz about his hunger strike, the resultant agreement and the September hearing.

Metcalf’s national Internet talk show can be heard live daily on WorldNetDaily’s streaming page – TalkNetDaily – from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific time (7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern).
