Levin will discuss documents which Landmark Legal Foundation has compiled showing that the NEA uses tax-exempt general revenue to influence the election of candidates seeking public office – for which it has neither paid income taxes nor reported to the IRS as required by the Internal Revenue Code.

As a direct result of the documents Landmark has uncovered, it has now filed formal complaints against the NEA with the IRS, the FEC and the Inspector General of the Treasury Department detailing its extensive findings.

LLF has been around nearly 25 years and represents public figures and average Americans victimized by unconstitutional laws and regulations that deny them access to quality schools, take their property without compensation, trample their individual liberties and hamper their economic opportunities.
