From Canada to Puerto Rico, from New Jersey to California, from Wisconsin to Tennessee, those interested in the truth behind the Middle East conflict and terrorism will be able to hear if from WorldNetDaily founder and Editor Joseph Farah.
“Every month I field dozens of speaking requests for Joseph Farah,” says Rebecca Hagelin, WND’s vice president of communications. “In all my years of public relations, I’ve never seen anything like it. WND does no advertising, distributes no flyers, yet still I’m inundated with requests for Joseph. His courageous stand as an Arab-American journalist in dispelling what he calls the ‘Myths of the Middle East’ has caused quite a stir and has generated a desire from people all over the world for more.”
Added Hagelin: “Since Joseph is both editor and CEO of the company, there is a tremendous cost to WorldNetDaily for him to be away from the office, so he accepts very few invitations. However, over the next few months he will be busier than normal. Given the current war on terrorism, he understands that the true causes of terrorism in general, and the reason behind the attacks on Israel and the U.S., in particular, must be heard.”
On Feb. 10, Farah will be in Winnipeg, Canada, participating in The Asper Foundation Performances: Lecture Series. The Asper Foundation was founded in 1983 and has a long history of developing and supporting human rights issues in Canada and around the world. Among its many programs is the Holocaust and Human Rights Studies Program for high school students, which is now a national program that is inclusive of students from all denominations. The foundation’s lecture series features authoritative and respected lecturers from around the world addressing substantive, relevant national and international issues.
“As a respected journalist, writer and speaker, Mr. Farah will be a welcome addition to the slate of prestigious speakers who have participated in our program,” said Jeff Morry, Asper’s senior program manager. “Farah’s topic is, ‘The View from Here: An Arab-American on the State of the Middle East.’ As a Christian and Arab-American, Mr. Farah’ brings a welcome and fresh perspective to a topic that is all too often dominated by myths, ignorance and misconceptions.” For more information, e-mail Jeff Morry or call 204-989-5539.
Feb. 19 finds Farah in Nashville, Tenn., at the “Twenty-First International Christian Prayer Breakfast.” Farah joins Israel’s Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and a distinguished panel of Middle East experts and religious leaders of many faiths who will be addressing a crowd expected to number in the thousands at the famous Opryland Hotel. The Prayer Breakfast has become the largest annual gathering of Christian and Jewish leaders in America. In addition to Sharon and Farah, this year’s event features Dr. Ben Armstrong, Mr. Irvin Borowsky, columnist Don Feder, Dr. John Hagee and Pat Boone. Special honored guests include area holocaust survivors and their families. The event is sponsored by The Religious Roundtable, 901- 685-6542, and is organized by one of the world’s leading experts in Israeli-American relations, Ed McAteer.
Farah’s next stop is Cherry Hill, N.J., on Feb. 24, for an evening lecture sponsored by The Politz Day School and the Jewish Community Relations Council. Farah’s topic is, “An Arab American Journalist’s Expos? of Arab and Islamic Extremism and the Middle East Crisis.” The Politz Day School was recently recognized as a model of educational excellence by Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education — one of only four schools nationwide to receive the honor. Alice Green, head of school at Politz, has dedicated this year of learning in honor of her niece, who was a victim, and remains in a coma, of the suicide bombing at Sbarro this past August.
“We have invited Mr. Farah to our community because of his strong commitment to speak the truth concerning issues of the Middle East. Mr. Farah is a friend of the State of Israel and it’s important for our students and the entire community to hear his unique contribution.” For more information, contact Debbie Boyer at 856-667-1630.

Farah will be addressing a special meeting of the Jewish Community Center of Puerto Rico, and will be discussing his series on the “Myths of the Middle East” as well as related issues. More about this very special event in Puerto Rico is coming soon on WorldNetDaily.com.
It’s back up north for Farah to Appleton, Wisc., for the Calvary Chapel Pastor’s Conference March 14-16. The conference is designed to “inspire and refresh pastors from the Upper Midwest with great teaching.” According to organizers, Farah was invited because of his “great insight into the events that are transpiring these days.”
On April 22, Farah will be joining the Conejo Jewish Academy in Agoura Hills, Calif. The Academy is well known on the west coast for its series of lectures throughout the year on subjects of Judaic interest or current events. An educational institute offering opportunities for adults to enhance their knowledge and awareness of Judaism and the Jewish heritage, the academy attracts thousands of participants from diverse backgrounds and affiliations, including radio talk show hosts Dr. Laura Schlessinger and Dennis Prager.
“Mr. Farah is driven and guided by one principle,” said Rabbi Bryski, the founder and executive director of the academy — “the principle of truth.” Rabbi Bryski continued, “It is this search and pursuit of truth that has made Mr. Farah one of today’s most outspoken and courageous friends of Israel.” Farah’s topic for the evening is, “Myths of the Middle East: An Arab American Journalist Speaks Out.” For further information on the Academy or the event, visit their website or call 818-991-0991.
