Radio show talks freedom and music

James Perloff, evolution-debunking author and issues-oriented songwriter, will be a guest on the nationally syndicated radio program “American Breakfast” tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. Eastern time to discuss – and play some selections from – his new recording project.

Perloff, best known to WND readers as the author of “Tornado in a Junkyard” and “The Case Against Darwin,” has just produced a unique music CD, “Freedom Shall Return,” which is made up of all original songs.

“I was a child of the ’60s,” says Perloff. “Back then, there was a huge cultural transformation. Leading that transformation was – not movies, not poetry, but music, with the Beatles at the helm. Therefore I believe a very important way to renew our culture is through music.”

Perloff has an interesting observation about Christians, conservatives and libertarians: “They talk about issues, but rarely sing about them.”

His new CD includes 12 songs that take on issues ranging from U.S. sovereignty to media bias to homeschooling.

Broadcasting live from the Shawmut Diner in New Bedford, Mass., host Phil Paleologos invites “American Breakfast” listeners every weekday morning to pull up a stool and participate in lively discussions about American ideals.

Every Friday, “American Breakfast” features a WorldNetDaily reporter, editor or columnist in the 8 a.m. Eastern hour.
