Best-selling author Ann Coulter will be a guest Monday when WorldNetDaily founder and editor Joseph Farah takes over the nationally syndicated Oliver North radio show for the next three weeks.
The program is live-streamed on the Internet Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern and carried by 60 affiliate radio stations across the country with an audience estimated over 1 million.
North, who has hosted the “Common Sense” program for eight years and built it into one of the largest syndicated shows in the nation, is retiring from the program to spend more time with his family, concentrate on writing best-selling fiction and non-fiction books and focusing on his “War Stories” series for Fox News Channel.
Based on the audience and affiliate reaction to the new program, Radio America will determine whether Farah’s WorldNetDaily Report becomes the permanent replacement for the Oliver North show.
Other confirmed guests during the three-week run include National Rifle Association executive Wayne LaPierre and Dr. Laura Schlessinger.
“This is a great opportunity for WorldNetDaily,” said Farah. “I hope WorldNetDaily readers will capitalize on it by listening to the program, calling in and letting affiliate radio stations know how excited they are about this unique program.”
WorldNetDaily Report will be a news-driven show – both breaking news on the air in newsmaker interviews and responding to news of the day and the hour, up to the minute.
A hot topic on Monday’s show will be the Supreme Court’s recent sodomy ruling, including discussion of Farah’s effort to impeach Supreme Court justices.
