Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., the congressman who is sponsoring a resolution in support of Lt. Ilario Pantano, will be the guest today on "Joseph Farah's WorldNetDaily RadioActive," the nationally syndicated talk program.

Pantano is the platoon commander charged with pre-meditated murder in the killing of two suspected terrorists in Iraq. Claiming the government is withholding key evidence and witnesses, the Marine waived his right to a pretrial hearing yesterday and demanded a speedy court-martial. Pantano insists he acted in self-defense, certain when he fired that the men were intent on doing him harm.
