Released just as the border-security and immigration issue moves to center stage, Rep. Tom Tancredo’s new book, “In Mortal Danger,” published by WND Books, has moved up to No. 2 on this week’s ShopNetDaily best-seller list.

The Colorado congressman warns that like the great and mighty empires of the past – superpowers that once stretched from horizon to horizon – America is heading down the road to ruin unless we protect our borders, language and culture.

ShopNetDaily is WND’s own internal store, stocked with books and other products published by, created by or handpicked by the company’s marketing team.

Meanwhile, No. 1 for a third straight week on the best-seller list at WND Book Service is Ann Coulter’s latest, “Godless: The Church of Liberalism,” said to be the pundit’s most controversial – and entertaining – book ever.

Debuting at No. 3 on the WND Book Service list is “Londonistan,” acclaimed by National Review as a “gripping account of how Islamism is taking control of Britain’s culture and institutions.” British investigative journalist Melanie Phillips shows how London has become the European hub for promotion, recruitment and financing of Islamic terror and extremism. Widespread Muslim immigration into Great Britain and the country’s paralysis by multiculturalism and fear, has created a fifth column of jihadists plotting against the West from deep inside its bosom, Phillips says.

David Kupelian’s “The Marketing of Evil” – banned by faculty of Ohio State University as “hate literature” and “homophobic tripe” – maintains the top spot on the ShopNetDaily list. Kupelian’s book was thrown into the center of a major controversy at OSU’s Mansfield campus. Recently, the entire faculty voted to investigate librarian Scott Savage on allegations of “sexual harassment” and complaints that he made the campus “unsafe” and “threatening” – all for suggesting the school’s freshman class read Kupelian’s popular but controversial book.
