WND reporting was setting the agenda for the blogosphere today with hot topics ranging from possible House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to North American Union to nukes in America to the co-opting of homeschoolers in Alaska.

Blogger Michael Williams asked the question: "Is Pelosi too liberal even for Democrats?" He answered the question with excerpts of WND Editor Joseph Farah's column yesterday pointing to her embrace of the Progressive Caucus – a socialist-oriented pack in the House of Representatives.
Blogger Temlakos was pretty upset by the suggestion of Mexico's ambassador to the United Nations that it's time for a North American Union of Mexico, the U.S. and Canada – a la the European Union.

"And am I the only one who missed the irony of where he said it -- in San Antonio, home of Mission San Antonio de Valero, otherwise known as The Alamo?" asked Temlakos.
Meanwhile, SlantRight.com focused attention on another WND report from Thursday – the new study that found how efficiently and cost-effectively al-Qaida could build a nuclear weapon right here inside the U.S.

"This is the Mainstream Media (MSM) story that was never printed," says SlantRight.com. "Al-Qaida has appointed an Islamofascist that is supposed to lead the way to detonate a crude nuclear bomb on American soil."
And lastly, the Isn't It Rich blog was upset about a report in WND of Alaska homeschoolers taking state money.
"Do you want your home school to be considered a 'public school?'" asks This is Rich. "The temptation for these families to take this money must be nearly unbearable. But they have to realize it's not free money from a benevolent rich uncle. There's always a major price to be paid when you're on the receiving end of Big Government."
