I read an article or two about the public distribution of religious materials – a piece involving Frederick Baum and the Gideons. Gentlemen, I am an atheist and a homosexual. The festival took place on a public street. I pay taxes, and I have a right to enjoy the day and the space. The vermin evangelicals tried to see that I did not enjoy the day or the space.

As an American, I have a right to go about my day and my business without fetters or discomfort. It is therefore wrong for evangelicals such as Mr. Baum or the Gideons to distribute religious materials on public streets. Let them go to churches or other places of spirituality to distribute and preach. I want none of it.

I also wonder what kind of news outlet WND is. Remember, the existence of God is not something proven. Your job should be to deliver the news. Offering the King James Bible is not in keeping with news delivery or analysis.
There are many religions out there. You should remain neutral towards religion and God. These are personal convictions and are never news. There are places that one can go for theological learning. Let those interested go there. You should concentrate on the news and nothing else.

I admit that I hate Jesus. I reject the Bible and its teachings. That said, I should not feel uncomfortable reading the articles you post.
As of now I feel quite uncomfortable – change this!
