A man who crashed a memorial service, groped the breast of the dead woman's sister and displayed pornographic pictures to her mother is lucky to have been arrested by police before angry mourners injured him.
Police say Marlos Hernandez, 31, was taken into custody after they responded to reports of a fight outside an apartment building in Boulder, Colo., early Thursday morning.

According to witnesses, Hernandez, who lived in the apartment building, entered a memorial service in another unit being held by the mother of a woman who had recently died. The mother said, although she did not know Hernandez, she was not suspicious because so many strangers had come to show their respect.
The deceased woman has not been identified, reported the Rocky Mountain News.

Once in the apartment, Hernandez reportedly went into the kitchen and put his arm around the deceased woman's teenage sister, "as if to comfort her," said police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley.
Hernandez then "reached down and grabbed one of her breasts," Huntley said.

The sister left the kitchen to avoid a confrontation, and Hernandez went to a display of pictures and mementos of the deceased and took out a cell phone.
Instead of taking a picture of the shrine with the phone, as the mother thought he was going to do, he showed her a pornographic image.
That's when the grieving guests became involved.
A fight ensued as Hernandez was pushed out of the apartment by the mother and her guests who began fighting with him.

"Some people had some physical injuries," Huntley said
Hernandez was treated for cuts to his face and detained at the Boulder County Jail. He faces possible charges of unlawful sexual contact, first-degree burglary and harassment.
