The hard times are here.
Oil prices are hitting record highs.
Manufacturing in the U.S. is sinking to record lows.
Government is spending more, and Americans are earning less.
And amid all the economic turmoil and dislocation, there are disturbing political trends emerging.
No one knows more about all of this – the whys and the wherefores – than best-selling author and WND staff writer Jerome Corsi.
Beginning today, WND and Corsi are partnering on a new weekly online global financial strategies newsletter called Jerome Corsi's RED ALERT. It is designed to help you survive – and maybe even prosper – in the turbulent times in which we live.
Jerome Corsi's RED ALERT is not for everyone.
It is designed for people of wealth and those who want to be people of wealth. It is for Americans who still believe in the American Dream and freedom-loving people around the world who would like to be part of the American Dream. It is for people who understand government's power must be limited or freedom ceases to exist. It is for those who understand national sovereignty is under attack as never before.
Jerome Corsi's RED ALERT is about empowering you to fight back – to turn challenges into opportunities, to turn economic downturns into personal wealth upturns, to find out what's ahead so you're not left behind.
If you have assets of $1 million or more to protect, including your home, Jerome Corsi's RED ALERT is for you.
If you earn $85,000 a year or more, Jerome Corsi's RED ALERT is for you.
If you want to leave a legacy of freedom and opportunity to your children and grandchildren, Jerome Corsi's RED ALERT is for you.
Unlike some other exorbitantly priced financial newsletters, Jerome Corsi's RED ALERT represents a real bargain.
Priced at $99 a year or $9.95 a month for credit card users, you won't have to spend a fortune to find out if this newsletter can help you build one.
And what do you get for your money? You get the insights and behind-the-scenes reports and deep analysis of one of America's top political thinkers, journalists, commentators and financial gurus.
Jerome Corsi received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in political science in 1972. He became an expert on political violence and terrorism and in 1981 received a top secret clearance from the Agency for International Development, where he assisted in providing anti-terrorism training to embassy personnel.
For nearly 25 years beginning in 1981, Corsi worked with banks throughout the United States and around the world to develop financial services marketing companies to assist banks in establishing broker/dealers and insurance subsidiaries to provide financial planning products and services to their retail customers. In this career, Corsi developed three different third-party financial services marketing firms that reached gross sales levels of $1 billion in annuities and equal volume in mutual funds. In 1999, he began developing Internet-based financial marketing firms, also adapted to work in conjunction with banks.
In his 25-year financial services career, Corsi has been a noted financial services speaker and writer, publishing three books and numerous articles in professional financial services journals and magazines.
And that's the side of Jerome Corsi you may not know. To most Americans, Corsi is the No. 1 New York Times best-selling co-author of "Unfit for Command," the book that may well have tipped the 2004 presidential election from Sen. John Kerry. The success of that book prompted Corsi to make a career change into full-time writing on politics and economics – and he has been doing that ever since as a senior staff reporter for WND.
Corsi also authored 2005's "Atomic Iran: How the Terrorist Regime Bought the Bomb and American Politicians," and in that same year, co-authored with Craig Smith of Swiss America "Black Gold Strangehold: The Myth of Scarcity and the Politics of Oil" – both for WND Books.
In 2006, Corsi co-authored with Kenneth Blackwell "Rebuilding America: A Prescription for Creating Strong Families, Building the Wealth of Working People and Ending Welfare" for WND Books. He also teamed up with Minuteman founder Jim Gilchrist on "Minutemen: The Battle to Secure American's Borders."
Corsi's most recent title, "The Late Great USA: The Coming Merger with Mexico and Canada," is another New York Times bestseller. His newest book, about Barack Obama, will be published this summer and is expected to make yet another dramatic impact on the presidential election in 2008.
For more than 20 years, Corsi has been a licensed National Association of Security Dealers registered representative, currently holding NASD licenses as a registered principal, financial principal, options principal and municipals principal. He also holds currently valid insurance licenses in New Jersey in both life and health insurance as well as in property and casualty insurance.
