The odds are very high that President McCain or President Obama is going to be awakened and presented with one of those three-minute reports.

In any event, the next question is always the same. "Sir, what are your orders?"

The easy problems are always solved before the president we've elected gets that three-minute wakeup call. What happens to the rest of us if the answer turns out to be above his pay grade?
