Obama flyers distributed in voting booths

One Philadelphia polling station offers Obama pamphlets inside its voting booths, according to voters who caught the incident on camera.

Election Journal released a film showing a blue pamphlet with the words, "How to vote November 4th" on tables at the 42nd Ward, 12th Division station. It provides detailed instructions on how to vote for the Democratic Party candidate.

The man in the video said, "People that are inside the booth have them, and they're on the table inside the booth."

One of several Obama pamphlets was found beneath a polling roster and other election materials at the front table. The man also said several people in line were given flyers.
