An endorsement for a golden oldie has hit the top spot among best-sellers at WND’s online Superstore, but will the bumper sticker calling on people to “Legalize the Constitution” have any impact?
That’s the question, as judges, lawmakers, politicians and presidents all pretend that the document doesn’t exist, or certainly doesn’t apply, these days.
After all, President Obama has suggested the document needs to be viewed through the lens of contemporary events, at least one justice on the U.S. Supreme Court thinks using other nations’ laws for precedent works well and lawmakers apparently have forgotten the concept that the founding outline of this nation actually provides limits on what they can do.
But this bumper sticker is one way you can make a difference. This is how you can stand up for the Supreme Law of the Land and at the same time probably shock a few of your fellow citiziens.
The “Legalize the Constitution!” bumper sticker is magnetic, a permanent yet removable banner that measures 15 inches by 3-3/4 inches.
It’s perfect not only for your car but for your refrigerator, file cabinet – any magnetic surface where you would like to make a statement.
It’s also available in 5-packs, 10-packs and 25-packs.
In second place is “Bankruptcy of our Nation,” by Jerry Robinson.
The author, the president and founder of JRMI (Jerry Robinson Ministries International), a Christian ministry that challenges believers to think, identifies and examines five dangerous trends hitting the U.S. economy right now and how they apply to your financial security.
Robinson, who holds a degree in economics from the University of Tulsa and is a conference speaker, columnist, and economic consultant, takes complex topics such as the subprime mortgage crisis and rising levels of U.S. consumer debt and takes them apart – reassembling them in simple English for the average consumer.
That gives readers the means to protect their assets and profits – with 12 straightforward strategies.
The book “exposes the immoral financial excesses of the American economic empire and explains the impending danger that awaits a nation built entirely upon debt.”
In third is “The Feasts of the Lord,” a popular DVD in which Pastor Mark Biltz of El Shaddai Ministries explains why he believes he knows the day – if not the specific year – of Jesus’ return.
He documents that the spring feasts – or appointed times – were fulfilled by the first coming of Yeshua, the Hebrew name of Jesus, which means “Salvation.” The fall feasts will be fulfilled by His Second Coming – in the very near future, explains Biltz in teachings you will want to watch again and again and share with your friends, relatives and fellow believers.
Biltz emphasizes that these feasts, described in Leviticus, were not intended for the Jewish people alone. They are repeatedly referred to in the Bible as “the Lord’s feasts” – meaning they are for all people. They are meant to be observed as well as to serve as signs of the times in which we live – reminders of the greatest events of the past and foreshadowings of the future.
Biltz says much of the church is asleep – unaware of the significance of the feasts in God’s holy time clock. The feasts were not intended to be abandoned by believers after the coming of Jesus. His followers observed them in the First Century. It’s time to rediscover them again as the hour of His return approaches.
